多发性骨髓瘤相关microRNA的研究进展
Progresses on Mutiple Myeloma Associated microRNAs
摘要
Abstract
microRNAs (miRNAs) are small single-strand non-coding RNAs of 19~24 nucleotides,which can inhibit translation or degrade the mRNA of target gene by binding to its 3' untranslated region (3' UTR).They have been shown to play the fundamental role in diverse physiologic and pathologic process,including cell proliferation,differentiation,growth and apoptosis,etc.A great number of studies had indicated a strong relationship between the miRNAs and the occurrence,development,diagnosis,treatment of mutiple myeloma (MM).Further studies on the regulation and function of MM associated miRNA may provide us new sights into MM pathogenesis and its diagnosis and treatment.关键词
