摘要
Abstract
The study on cell immortalization becomes one of the hot research areas of cell biology.Many factors can cause cells immortalization,telomerase plays an important role in the process of cells immortalization.The technology of cells immortalization will be successfully applicated in many areas in the future.It will provide a powerful tool for the research and development of the biological products,and also give out a new method for diagnosis and treatment of disease.An overview of the advance in the principles,methods,approaches as well as applications of the cell immortalization technology was given.关键词
