Abstract
Objective:Through the study of stroke pathogenesis,explain clearing heat and expelling miasma method is the treatment of stroke. Methods: According to the clinical characteristics of stroke, Investigating the evolution of the pathogenesis of stroke in Various aspects. Results;endogenous toxic heat is the key factor in stroke,Invasion of brain and damage to Collaterals by heat-toxin is the dominant mechanism for pathological,The main pathological changes in stroke is Phlegm and blood blocking the clear orifices. Conclusion; endogenous toxic heat is the key factor in the pathogenesis of stroke, clearing heat and expelling miasma method is the treatment.关键词
