单侧游离端附着体义齿咀嚼效能分析

Abstract
Objective To compare the masticatory efficiency between Anker,ASC-52 and MK- I attachment dentures. Methods A total of 90 mandibular distal-extension cases were enrolled in this study to measure the masticatory efficiency after repair with Anker,ASC-52 and MK- I attachment dentures,30 cases each,for one month and three month. The result was compared with paired-samples itest. Results There was significant difference on masticatory efficiency among the three kinds of dentures ( P < 0.01). Conclusion The masticatory efficiency of the patients wearing MK- I attachment denture is best,while Anker attachment denture is much better than that of ASC-52 dentures.关键词
