氧化锆长桥连接点的抗压强度研究
Experimental Study on Compressive Strength of the Connection in Double Crown of Zirconium Fixed Denture

Abstract
Objective To extend the knowledge of the compressive strength of the connection in double crown. Methods All frameworks mimicked a three-unit posterior situation with the first molar missing. Two groups which were numbered A and B of zirconium fixed bridge with or without connection were made as normal with 6 specimens for each. The test data were managed by SPSS 16. 0. Results For the group A the average compressive strength was 1 573. 98 N. For the group B the data was 1 605. 26 N. Analysis indicates no statistically significant difference for the compressive strength of the two groups (P > 0.05) . Conclusion Zirconium fixed bridge with or without connection were of the same com-pressive strength and both of them were higher than the maximum load strength in molar district,which satisfied the clinical requirement.关键词
