玫瑰花药材的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish a HPLC fingerprint of Rosae Rugosae Flos. Methods:Inertsil ODS-3(4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used with the mixture of methanol, acetonitrile and 0. 06%TFA as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 32℃ ,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results:HPLC fingerprint of 9 main peaks was established preliminarilyfrom 13 samples of Rosae Rugosae Flos which achieved the technical requirements of the fingerprint of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion:The method is reliable,accurate and can be used for quality comtrol of Rosae Rugosae Flos.关键词
