Abstract
Chemotherapy plays a key role in the treatment of gestational trophoblatic tummor (GTT) and advanced disease after chemo-resistancy is the major mortal factor. The following four aspects should be emphasized in order to ensure the best chemotherapeutic efficacy: (1) acknowledge the dis-tinctiveness of the diagnosis and treatment of GTT, promote centralized chemotherapy by specialists. (2) choose valid chemotherapeutic agents and regimens based on the features of GTT, combinging with necessary comprehensive multidisciplinary manage-ments. (3) understand the importance of the control of the side effects to guarantee the safety and feasibility of chemotherapy. (4) teamwork through comuni-cation, cooperation and education.关键词
