尼可胺的致突变性研究

摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the genetic toxicity of NiKeAn. METHODS: the mutagenicity of NiKeAn was examined using Ames test, micronucleus lest and CHL cell chromosome aberration test. RESULTS: No increase in the number of revertanl colonies was found in the Ames lest with and without S9 mixture. The micronucleus rates and chromosome aberration rates at all doses were not significantly different from the control group(P>0.05). CONCLUSION; Mutagenicity of NiKeAn was not ohserved in this study.关键词
