Optimization of the Hydroponics Nutrient Solutions for Alocasia cucullata

摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To provide theoretical basis and technical support for the hydroponics of Alocasia cucullata. [ Method] After the hydroponics in four different nutrient solutions, the morphological and physiological indexes of Alocasia cucullata were determined and then the four nutrient solutions were optimized. [Results] The plant height, leaf number, fresh weight, chlorophyll content, photosynthetic rate and root vigor of Alocasia cucullata cultured in Steiner nutrient solution were all higher than that in Japanese garden general nutrient solution, Hoag-land nutrient solution and Losang nutrient solution, and the MDA content was only lower than that in Japanese garden general nutrient solution. [Conclusion] Steiner nutrient solution was the best hydroponics solution for Alocasia cucullata.
