Abstract
Objective To identify the antibody in patient with Rh antigen deficiency. Methods The antibody identification was made in a pregnant patient with Rh antigen deficiency Dc - , and the titer of the antibody was measured. Subsequently an investigation was made on the patient' s clinical manifestation and her family tree. Results The patient's blood type was B Dc - , her father's was AB Dccee and her mother's was 0 DCCee. There were both IgM、IgG anti-Hr0 and IgM、IgG anti-e in existence,the titer of IgM anti-Hr0,IgG anti-Hr0,IgM anti-e and IgG anti-e were 128,512,16, 8 .respectively. Conclusion There are some reports about having found IgG anti-Hr0 in patients with RhD - and Rh - before. But it is the first time to find both IgM、IgG anti-Hr0 and IgM、IgG anti-e in RhDc - patient by now. The cause of antigen RhEe deficiency may due to the RhCE gene mutation. Great attention should be paid to identifying blood type because the disturbance of IgM anti-Hr0 will lead to forward and reverse blood type discrepancy.关键词
