Abstract
The inhibition of Trichoderma harzianum TH-1 against Rhizoctonia cereal and the control effect on sharp eye spot of wheat were studied by flat conforontation training. The results showed that the inhibition of T. Harzianum TH-1 against R. Cereal was strong, the inhibition rate was 81.3% in the solid cultural medium. The higher the concentrations of TH-1 conidia,the stronger the inhibition at a range of concentration of T. Harzianum conidium suspension. In the tests of artificial inoculation, the highest control effect of T. Harzianum on sharp eye spot of wheat was 74.0% While the wheat groats had been treated 48 h by T. Harianum.关键词
