Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the economic effects of 2 kinds of Chinese and western medicine treatment regimen for psoriasis vulgaris. METHODS: 79 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups. 39 cases in group A were treated with Acitretin capsules and narrow-band ultraviolet B phototherapy for 8 weeks. 40 cases in group B were treated with decoction for oral administration for 8 weeks. The pharmacoeconomics of 2 kinds of regimen was evaluated with cost-minimization analysis. RESULTS: The effective rates of two groups were 89.7% and 87.5% ,respectively(P>0.05). The costs were 2 168.44 yuan and 1 214.60 yuan respectively (P<0.01).CONCLUSION: From pharmacoeconomics perspective, therapy regimen of group B is optimal.关键词
