响应曲面法优化苏云金芽抱杆菌B28培养基
Bacillus thuringiensis B28 Medium Optimized by the Response Surface Methodology

Abstract
[ Objective] The research aimed to optimize Bacillus thuringiensis B28 medium to improve the crystal protein yield. [Method] By u-sing SAS software, PB test was designed to obtain the significant factors which affected the crystal protein content. According to the selected significant factors, the steepest ascent experiment was designed to determine the central point where the crystal protein content was highest. Based on the determined significant factors and center point, the response surface methodology analysis experiment was designed. [Result] The optimum medium was: beef extract 4.00 g/L, peptone 10.00 g/L, glucose 3.00 g/L, NaC14.60g/L, K2HPO4,0.67 g/L, MgSO4 0.30 g/L, MnSO4 0.05 g/L. [ Conclusion] The crystal protein yield of B28 increased 43.5% after the optimization.关键词
