中间型滋养细胞肿瘤诊断与鉴别诊断

Abstract
Intermediate trophoblast tumors ( ITTs) contains Placental site trophoblastic tumor ( PSTT) and Epithelioid trophoblastic tumor ( ETT) is a rare type of gestational trophoblastic disease. The main manifestations of PSTT includes irregular vaginal bleeding and amenorrhea, and ETT appears irregular vaginal bleeding. Imaging and serologic checking play some roles in diagnosis of ITTs. Pathological examination is served as the gold standard. Management plan mainly depends on operation. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be individually treated. Early diagnosis and appropriate treatment of ITTs can significantly improve outcomes.关键词
