Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study the pharmacodynamics of cisatracurium besilate in children under total intravenous anesthesia or sevoflurane combined anesthesia. METHODS: A total of 60 children, aged 9 months~13 years, and scheduled for elective facial and neck surgery under general anesthesia requiring tracheal incubation, were divided into total intravenous anesthesia group (T group) or sevoflurane combined anesthesia group (S group) according to anesthesia maintenance method. Induction of anesthesia was performed, a single dose of cisatracurium besilate 0.15 mg·kg-1 was administered intravenously. Anesthesia was maintained with remifentanil 15 μg·kg-1·h-1 and propofol 8 mg·kg-1·h-1 with pump infusion. S group were administered with 1 MAC sevoflurane after tracheal intubation. Neuromuscular block was assessed with TOF-Watch SX accelerometry. Onset time, duration of peak effect, recovery index, duration of clinical action, duration of total action and TOFRos were recorded. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in onset time between two groups (P>0.05). Duration of peak effect, duration of clinical action, recovery index, duration of total action and TOFR0.9 of S group were longer than T group significantly, there was statistical significance (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION: The neuromuscular blocking effect of cisatracurium besilate in children can be enhanced by sevoflurane, and the recovery time is also prolonged.关键词
