Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the subsistent problems in the cultivation of clinical pharmacists. METHODS: The methods for the cultivation of clinical pharmacists were analyzed in terms of length of schooling, curriculum, teaching materials, student recruit, teacher, practical arrangement, communication and other aspects, combined with teaching experience and own upbringing. RESULTS&CONCLUSION: There are some problems such as not uniform school system, improper teaching materials, lack of qualified teachers and so on in the school training of clinical pharmacists. The system of clinical pharmacy in the subject construction and training of clinical pharmacists should be reformed as soon as possible. It is necessary that the training of clinical pharmacists should be five-year undergraduate education, a reasonable set of courses and preparation of special teaching materials, strengthening teacher training, reasonable internship arrangements for the requirements of the development of clinical pharmacy and the education of the qualified clinical pharmacists.关键词
