摘要
Abstract
[Objective] The experiment is to determine the contents of the heavy metals in muscle of giant salamander of Qinling Mountain in Shaanxi. [Method] The samples were pretreated with mixture of nitric acid and perchloric acid,to determine content of Pb,Cd,As and Hg by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry and atomic fluorescence spectrometry. [ Result ] The Pb, Cd, As in muscle of giant salamander of artificial breeding was not detected,while the content of Hg was 0.023 mg/kg and RSD was 3.7% . [ Conclusion] By verification of the National Standard Materials,the accuracy and precision of method could meet the test and the determination result was real. In addition,the content of Pb, Cd, As and Hg were accord with national food safety sanitary standards.关键词
