摘要

Abstract

[ Objective] Hie research aimed to study the influences of conventional environmental factors on the co-aggregation ability of Bacillus megaterium T, and its matching bacteria. [ Method] Using T1, Bacillus cereus G5,Bacillus marisflavi G8 and Shewanella sp. H3 isolated from the biofilm of the sewage treatment system as the materials, the influences of different growth phase, temperature, pH and hydraulic shear stress on the co-aggregate ability of T1 and 3 matching bacteria were studied. [ Result] Expect that 4 ℃ or pH of 5 went against the co-aggregation percentage of T1 with three matching bacteria, other environmental conditions had no significant influence on the co-aggregation ability of T1(P>0.05). [Conclusion] Bridging bacterium T1 can maintain a strong ability of co-aggregation in the conventional wastewater treatment system.
