摘要
Abstract
A series of favorable government policies, forestry listed companies receive social' s interest and it is important to find a reasonable capital structure. Taking Chinese forestry listed companies as samples to examine the relationship between capital structure and corporation performance. The empirical research found that capital structure and corporation performance are negative correlation. Moreover, the reasons were discussed and some suggestions were made to promote the optimization of capital structure of forestry listed companies.关键词
