腹腔镜辅助保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的体会

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of laparoscopic-assisted gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy in treatment of cholecystolithiasis. Methods:The clinical data of 15 patients with cholecystolithiasis who underwent laparoscopic-aasisted gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy from Jun.2010 to Jul. 2011 were retrospectively analyzed. Results:The 15 operations were successfully performed , without conversion to laparoscopic cholecystectomy or laparotomy. The operative time was 20-50 min, mean 42 min. The postoperative recovery of enterocinesia was 12-24 h.mean 16.5 h. No residual cholecystic calculi,secondary choledocholithiasis or complications such as hemorrhage,bile leakage,incision infection or fat liquefaction were found. The postoperative hospital stay was 5-7 d,mean 6.5 d. The postoperative follow-up was 2-14 months,no recurrence was found. Conclusions: Laparoscopic-assisted gallbladder-preserving cholelithotomy is mini-invasive,safe and feasible in treatment of cholecystolithiasis, with less complications,quicker recovery and better life quality. It can be performed in patients with normal gallbladder function.关键词
