PRLR、RBP4基因与苏姜猪繁殖性能的相关性分析

摘要
Abstract
Polymorphism of PRLR gene in Sujiang pigs were tested by using PCR - RFLP. And the correlation of PRLR and RBP4 gene and reproductive performance were analyzed. The results showed that a single gene had no significant effect on on the reproductive traits. But combined genotype of two gene had effect significantly on reproductive traits. So it can be used as MAS to select Sujiang pig that combined genotype of the PRLR、RBP4 gene.关键词
