亲属间活体肾移植免疫抑制剂的应用规律
Experience of immunosuppressive agents in patients underwent living related donor kidney transplantation

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical experience of using immunosuppressive agents for living related donor kidney transplantation. Methods The dosage of immunosuppressive agents of 150 patients underwent living related donor kidney transplantation in our department was reviewed retrospectively. All patients had stable kidney function. They were grouped by haplotype HLA mismatch numbers and compared with patients underwent cadaveric donor kidney transplantation. Results Dosage of immunosuppressive agents of patients was related to their haplotype HLA mismatch numbers. The dosage with no haplotype HLA mismatch was less than that with 1 haplotype HLA mismatch, and 1 haplotype HLA mismatch was less than the dosage with 2 haplotype HLA mismatches and the dosage of patients underwent cadaveric donor kidney transplantation. Conclusions The dosage of immunosuppressive agents of patients underwent living related donor kidney transplantation is less than that of cadaveric donor transplantation. So the adverse events related with immunosuppressive agents are fewer than that of cadaveric donor transplantation, which is helpful to increase survival rate of kidney transplantation.关键词
