摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the optimal condition for purification of total triterpenoidic acid from Longtube Ground Ivy Herb with macroporous resin. Methods Gradient solution of alcohol was used to elute total triterpenoidic acid absorbed on macroporous resin guided by the purification degree and recovery rate with UV-spectrophotometric method. Results The best way for purification of total triterpenoidic acid was obtained by using AB-8 type macroporous resin as absorption agent and 80 mL 70% ethanol pH 6 as an eluent. Conclusion The method is the basis for industrial purificaiton of total triterpenoidic acid from Longtube Ground Ivy Herb.关键词
