Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of fractional flow reserve (FFR) in the coronary artery intervention-al therapy in treating borderline lesions. Methods: Twenty-four subjects with borderline lesions of 30% ~70% de-gree certified by the coronary angiography (CAG) were included. FFR of the target vessel was measured by pres-sure wire, and patients with FFR <0. 75 were further treated with PCI. All subjects were given the optimized drug therapy after the surgery. A 3-month follow-up was conducted to record the cardiac invents, cardiac function and the level of blood cholesterol. Results: There were 46 borderline lesions, and 11 of these in 8 subjects received PCI, the treatment rate of which was 22%. The 3-month follow-up showed that the total level of the cholesterol was significantly reduced. There were 2 cases of angina pectoris and no case of rehospitalization or cardiac death. Con-clusion; The application of myocardial FFR in the coronary artery interventional therapy in treating borderline lesions could be the reasonable guide for PCI.关键词
