农民工的主观幸福感及与大五人格中外向性和宜人性的关系
Relationship of subjective well-being to extraversion and agreeableness of big five personality in migrant workers

Abstract
Objective: To study the relationship of subjective well-being to extraversion and agreeableness of big five personality domains in migrant workers. Methods: By convenient sampling, 630 migrant workers in Suzhou were investigated with questionnaires including the Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire for Migrant Workers (SWBQ-MW) and Big Five Marker (BFM). Results: The average score of the migrant workers'SWB was 3 points higher than the intermediate value. The SWBQ-MW total scores and each dimension scores were obviously higher in migrant workers with high extraversion and agreeableness than in those with low extraversion and agreeableness (P <0. 01). The scores of the migrant workers'extraversion and agreeableness were positively correlated with the SWBQ-MW total score (r = 0. 39, 0. 23; P <0. 01), and could predict the scores of SWB (β =0.35,0. 12). In subjects with high agreeableness, there was no difference in SWBQ-MW total scores between people in different gender and income level. In subjects with low agreeableness, the females scored higher SWBQ-MW total score than the males (P < 0. 001), and the SWBQ-MW total scores decreased with increasing income (P < 0. 01). Conclusion: The migrant workers'SWB is above the medium level, and there is a correlation among extraversion, agreeableness and subjective well-being.关键词
