Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects on plasma ET - land CGRP contents of the acute cerebral ischemia model rats after treating ten days by Wentong method of acupuncture. Methods: Forty eight Wistar rats were randomly divided into Sham - operation control group, model control group, electroacupuncture treatment group, Wentong method of acupuncture treatment group. After treatment use RIA to detect the contents of plasma ET -1 and CGRP. Results: Except Sham - operation control group, plasma ET -1 contents with Wentong method of acupunctur were absolutely decreased, plasma CGRP contents in rats of Wentong method of acupuncture were higher significantly, which have significant differences (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: By reducing plasma ET - 1 contents in rats, and increasing CGRP contents, Wentong method of acupuncture can regulate the level of cerebral blood vessel relaxation, and improve microcicrulation. This may be one of the important mechanisms that Wentong method of acupuncture is used in clinical acupuncture treatment of acute ischemic stroke.关键词
