Design Optimization of Hot Core Box for Cylinder End Core by Z8040 Core Shooting Machine
摘要
Abstract
The paper analyzes the design optimization of core box using coated sand in Z8040 hot box core shoot machine to make the cylinder block cores and sprue cores. It mainly introduces the determination of core box arrangement, the core box parting plan and its structure and the sprue core box parting plan as well as its structure. The reasonable application of removable block and its attachment were also designed. The advantages and disadvantages of the two design were compared. This paper also expounds the application of ergonomics, aesthetic and performance theory on the optimized design concept.关键词
