颞下颌关节紊乱病伴内倾性深覆(牙合)正畸治疗前后相关指数分析
Clinical Analysis of Orthodontic Treatment for Temporomandibular Disorders with Lingual Tipping Deep verbite

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of orthodontic treatment for temporomandibular disorders (TMD) with lingual tipping deep overbite. Methods Forty TMD patients with lingual tipping deep overbite were selected. Fricton's eraniomandibular index (CMI) were calculated before and after treatment. Results After 2 year treatment, the patients' disorder index, pain index and CMI were 167.04, 145.64 and 167.22 respectively. They all significantly reduced when compared with before treatment with statistical difference (P =0.000) , and the patients got a better result both in external form and function. Conclusion Lingual tipping deep overbite and TMD have a significant relativity. The forward effect of orthodontic treatment is still uncertain and long-term observation is necessary.关键词
