两种根管桩在后牙牙体重度缺损修复中的应用比较

Abstract
Objective To compare clinical effect between quartz fiber post and elinvar custom cast post. Methods One hundred and two defected molars and bicuspids from 78 patients were divided randomly into two groups, with 51 teeth in each groups. One group was treated by quartz fiber post, while the other by elinvar custom cast post. The clinical effect was compared after three years. Results Forty-nine teeth in the group of quartz fiber post was effective, with 1 failing and 1 out of follow-up; While in the group of elinvar custom cast post, there were 45 cases effective, 2 with black gingival line, 1 with root crack and 1 out of follow up. Significant difference exists (P<0. 05). Conclusion Quartz fiber post has more excellent biocompatibility and restorative effect than elinvar custom cast post.关键词
