Progress in functional regulation of CUL4A-DDB1 ubiquitin ligase on DNA damage and repair
摘要
Abstract
Ubiquitylation of protein plays an important role in DNA damage signaling transduction, including cell-cycle control, DNA repair, aging, as well as apoptosis. CUL4A-DDB1 E3 ligase recruits substrates through DCAFs for ubiquitylation and initiates the process of DNA excision repair for the removal of damaged DNA. Recent data suggest that the role of CUL4A-DDB1 E3 ligase is critical in genomic stability by regulating DNA damage, DNA repair, and DNA replication.关键词
