Abstract
This paper firstly analyzes the harmful influence of the insulator flashover on the transient stability of power system and the speed of accident treatment. Following, it expounds the necessity of realizing the rapid monitoring of insulator flashover. Then, a monitoring system for insulator flashover based on the theory of Rogowski coil and electronic technology is designed. Analysis shows that when the system is used in conjunction with the secondary system, it can instantly realize the flashover fault trip, to avoid the 10 ms-20 ms delay brought by microcomputer protection sampling data window, at the same time, it can also tell the operating personnel the fault location in order to search fault easily, finally, the waveforms picture of relevant electrical measurements in the monitoring system is given.关键词
