Fractai analysis on protein-protein interaction networks
摘要
Abstract
This study used the box-counting method to perform fractal analysis on protein-protein interaction networks compiled from the latest studies. The properties of degree exponent, assortativity coefficient and correlation profile that are closely related to the fractal phenomenon were investigated. The results showed that the protein-protein interaction networks based on current datasets may not be fractal.关键词
