Abstract
Objective: To discuss the mechanism and efficacy of Eastigial Nucleus Stimulation (FNS) for patients with minimally invasive surgery of brain. Methods; 120 cases with minimally invasive surgery of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from Jun. 2008 to Dec. 2010 were divided into treatment group and control group. 60 cases in each group. Both groups were given modern rehabilitation therapy on the basis of conventional medicine therapy after operation. Treatment group was added FNS. Two groups' NIHSS and Barthel index (BI) before and after treatment were measured. Results: Two groups' NIHSS and BI before treatment had no statistical significance (P>0. 05). Both groups' NIHSS were decreased and BI were increased after treatment, the difference had statistical significance (P<0. 01). The difference of treatment group's NIHSS and BI before and after treatment had obvious difference (P<0.01), while control group's NIHSS had no statistical significance (P>0.05) and BI had statistical significance <p<0,05). Treatment group's efficacy was superior to control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion! The combination of eastigial nucleus stimulation and modern rehabilitation therapy has obvious effect in minimally invasive surgery of brain. It is worth of spreading in clinic.关键词
