Abstract
Objective:To explore the different treatment of fractured nbs effect. Methods:. 2202 cases of conservative treatment. 312 cases of internal fixation operation. Rcsults:2174 cases were cured conservative group, 266 better example. 7 cases of death; During 311 cases were cured, death in one. Conclusion:Most fractured ribs but conservative treatment. Internal fixation with surgical treatment pain relief quickly, fewer complicationsi and low morbidity, improve survival rates and other characteristics, it also requires the therapy.关键词
