缬沙坦预处理对乳鼠心肌细胞缺氧/复氧损伤的保护作用
Protective effects of Valsartan pretreatment on hypoxia/reoxygen injury in neonatal SD rat cardiomyocytes
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe protective action of Vaisartan pretreatment on hypoxia/reoxygen injury in neonatal isu rat cardiomyocytes and to investigate the mechanism. Methods: To establish a model for primary culture of cardiomyocytes injuried by hypoxia/reoxygen. The morphology of cardiomyocytes was observed, and cardiomyocytes fraction surviving were measured) and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) were assayed. Results: Vaisartan pretreatment on hypoxia/reoxygen injury in neonatal SD rat cardiomyocytes inhance cardiomyocytes fraction surviving (P<0. 05), and decrease the activity of LDH, content of MDA and improve the acivity of SOD in the injuried myocytes (P<0. 05). Conclusion! Vaisartan pretreatment can prevent the cultured cardiac myocytes during hypoxia/reoxygenation injury obviously. The mechanisms may be as below: Vaisartan pretreatment can stabilized the membrane of myocardium, restrict oxygen free radical injury in cardiac myocyte during hypoxia/reoxygenation injury.关键词
