Expression of Matrix Metalloproteinase-9 in the hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relationship between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and Matrix Metalloproteinase-9. Methods: The expression of MMP-9 on placenta and serum MMP-9 level in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group were tested and compared with those in normal pregnancy group in case-control study. Results: No differences between hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group and normal pregnancy group were found in serum mmp-9 level. The MMP-9 on placenta in hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy group was statistically lower than that in the normal pregnancy group. Conclusion ; The lower expression of MMP-9 on placenta may contribute to the development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.关键词
