A Tentative Study of Basic Concepts, Standardization and Testing for Smart Meter
摘要
Abstract
Smart meters are developed and used widely in many countries recently. However there is not an international and standardized definition for smart meters and the standards or technical documents are always different among different countries, which may decrease the development of smart meters all over the world. In this paper, several major definitions of smart meters in the world are introduced and compared firstly, then the standardization trends and problems of smart meters are analyzed, and several major problems caused wide concern during smart meter testing are discussed finally.关键词
