摘要

Abstract

This paper puts forward a design scheme about battery capacity performance tester based on single - chip microcomputer. It is used to test battery capacity, the life and the distribution group index, with single -chip microcomputer as the core and various modules used as the main structure. Among them, the charging and discharging module using linear scheme and high - precision data acquisition chip, can realize high precision measurement and it is accord with national standard for battery test requirements. And it can provide the scientific basis for studying and improving battery performance and life which are used for electric automobiles. This instrument can be controlled by single itself or implement control through network by the RS - 485, combined with production line, and it has good application value and the market prospect.
