Abstract
Objective:Simvastatin treatment of coronary heart disease congestive heart failure. Methods: 80 patients with coronary artery disease admitted to hospital with heart failure according to the order were randomly divided into treatment group and control group were treated with diuretics, aspirin,p-blockers,nitrates, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors agent (ACEI) and digitalis preparations and other conventional therapy, the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy combined with simvastatin,observed cases were evaluated. Results: The treatment group was treated group was 92. 50%. The control group was 72. 50% efficient. After treatment ,TC,TGiLDL-d HDL-C group .the difference was significant (P<0.05) ,and the treatment group TC, LDL-C lower than before treatment(P<0. 05) .while HDL-C compared with before treatment. Conclusion: Sim vasta tin can improve coronary heart disease with heart failure and cardiac function and reduce blood lipid levels, adverse reactions, which should be popularized.关键词
