摘要
Abstract
Objective: to study the antibodies in detection of autoimmune liver disease diagnosis in the role. Methods: indirect immunofluorescence and ELISA method to the 2009. L~2010. 1 during 76 cases of autoimmune liver disease patients and 20 cases of the healthy check-up ANA, the AM A, SMA. Results: of autoimmune liver disease patients nuclear antibody! The resistance of smooth muscle antibodies and antimitochondrial antibodies are higher than those in the control group; the positive rate of and women with antibodies detection rate was higher than male patients. Conclusion, autoantibody detection in the differential diagnosis of autoimmune liver disease can play an important role.关键词
