摘要
Abstract
Objeclive:To explore the upper eyelid anatomy and function of the normal state of the upper eyelid. Repairing the relaxing and make the postoperative effect of perfect nature. Methods:Based on each person loose skin, the degree of relaxation orbital fascia, Design line and actual incision line are made; including surgery folding and deleting the orbital septum; Overhanging edge of the diaphragm and the orbital fat were resected respectively, and finally removed in proportion, so hang loose Orbital was tightened and regained status. Results: 25 patients were followed up for 2 months to 2 years, the outcomes were satisfied. Conclusion:For the relaxation of the skin, the orbital septum is not blind method but to be combined inside and outside, up and down with excision. Simultaneous reconstruction of upper eyelid orbital and restore the physical location of the eye and orbital tissue tension, This method can correct the blepharochalasis, orbital septum degeneration, aesthetic results and lasting beauty can be obtained.关键词
