复方丹参对种植体骨整合影响的研究现状与展望

摘要
Abstract
Compound Danshen is commonly used in clinical medicine, have anti-myocardial ischemia, coronary artery expansion) anti-arrhyth-mia effect. And recently Danshen can promote the healing of rabbit bone fracture medium discovered by Ji Hong quan. Immunohistochemistry showed that in Medium-term fracture healing term, Compound Danshen can promote the expression of TGF-β1, suggesting that it may promote medium-term bone fracture healing in rabbits by increasing expression of TGF-β1 . Obtaining osseointegration implant-bone interface is key to the success for the combination of bone and there are many factors involving in the process, in which TGF-β1 play an important role. By the control group of rabbit, and the different levels of observation of rabbit, to confirm Compound Danshen affect osseointegration implant-bone interface.关键词
