Effect of Curcumin on VEGF-C Expression, Proliferation and Invasion of Breast Cancer Cell
目的 探讨姜黄素对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的增殖、侵袭性及VEGF-C表达的影响.方法MTT法,Transwell小室检测姜黄素对MCF-7细胞增殖和侵袭性的影响；RT-PCR、Western blot方法检测姜黄素作用MCF-7细胞前后VEGF-C mRNA及蛋白水平表达的变化.结果姜黄素能有效抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖,其IC50为37μmol/L,随浓度增高其抑制作用增强(P＜0.05),同时降低乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的侵袭性(P＜0.001)…查看全部>>
Objective To evaluate the effects of curcumin on proliferation, invasion and VEGF-C expression in human breast cancer cell lines MCF-7. Methods Proliferation and invasion of MCF-7 cell inhibited by curcumin were assessed by MTT and Transwell technique.
