摘要
Abstract
Objective: Purpose of this study is to observe the expression of the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in human periodontal ligament fibroblasts and to explore the relationship of transforming growth factor-pl (TGF-|$l).inter-leukin-1β (IL-ip) and HGF. Method:Respectively the concentration gradient of IL-lβ.the best markedly concentration of IL-1β and the concentration gradient of TGF-β1 interfered the cells of the 5th generation of HPLFs.then examined the expression of HGF in HPLFs by EUSA method. Result:The IL-lβ alone,the HGF content in the supernatant of HPLFs more than in the blank control group, and found the best markedly concentration of IL-ip is 10 ng / mL. When a certain concentration of TGF-pl and 10 ng / mL IL-1β joint intervention HPLFs, the HGF content in the supernatant of HPLF than separate the role of IL-ip were lower. Conclusion:TGF-β1 can inhibite the IL-ip induced HGF production in HPLFs.关键词
