摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the technique and effect of retro-peritoneal laparoscopic operation in treatment of parapelvic cyst. Methods To retrospective analysis clinical data of 28 patients of parapelvic cyst treated by retro-peritoneal laparoscopic operation. Results 27 patients of parapelvic cyst were treated by retro-peritoneal laparoscopic operation successfully, except 1 cases were converted from the laparoscopic procedure to open surgery. The time of operation was 22-96 min,the mean operation time was 44 min. The intraoperative blood loss was 10-80 mL,the mean intraoperative blood loss was 35 mL. The time of hospital stay was 4 -8 days,the mean hospital stay was 5 days. No severe complication occurred except peritoneal rhexis was observed in 1 case and pneu-moderma was observed in 1 case and the skin of puncture late healed were observed in 2 patients. 22 patients were fo llowed up for 6-12 months after operation,parapelvic cysts no longer recurred. Conclusion Parapelvic cyst treated by retro-peritoneal laparosco-py operation is a safe and effective technique with the advantages of little trauma and rapid recovery.关键词
