压低磨牙的可摘矫治器制作和临床疗效观察
Manufacture and clinical application of a removable appliance in molar intrusion
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the feasibility of molar intrusion with a removable appliance and define whether this method had extensive clinical application or not. Method: Seven patients were selected.Removable bite aplliance or Vacuum moulding appliance were randomly chosen. The clinical effect of intrusion was evaluated by models. Result: All the overerupted molars had been intruded successfully in average 3.7 months.Pre and post-treatment models analysis demonstrated the maximum intrusion amount was 3.05 mm, minimum 1.03 mm and mean 0.S8 mm per month. Conclusion: Molar intrusion with the removable appliance has a significant effect/This appliance has a significant value for clincal application, for esthetic, good for oral hygiene, simple fabrication and less cost.关键词
