Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide suggestions for connotation definition and payment of pharmaceutical service fee in medical institutions in China. METHODS: Through reviewing literature of pharmaceutical service fee from other countries, the connotation and way of payment of pharmaceutical service fee were analyzed and summarized and the study was done by comparison study. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: America and Japan pharmaceutical services fees are embodied labor value of pharmacists, the former also includes management costs of medicines. America and South Africa pharmaceutical services fees are charged by the amount of medicines, United Kingdom pharmaceutical services fee is charged by the amount of prescriptions, Canada pharmaceutical services fee is charged by the amount of outpatient visiting, Japan pharmaceutical service fee is charged by the species of medicines. All the ways of payment have limitations. We should build a pharmaceutical service fee system of our own which can ensure the purpose of charging pharmaceutical service fee to cut off the link between medical institutions and medicines.关键词
