颅内后循环动脉瘤的血管内治疗
Endovascular therapy of posterior circulation aneurysms
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyse retrospectively the effect of 19 cases who had posterior circulation aneurysms and were treated with Endovascular therapy, and to discuss the technique and safety of endovascular therapy in posterior circulation aneurysms. Methods IS patients showed subarachnoid hemorrhage, all were in acute stage. 2 cases showed pulsatile headache and was diagnosed by CTA. 2 patients manifested dystaxia and symptoms of lower cranial nerves. 10 patients were treated with coiling. 7 patients with Neuroform stent assisted coiling. 2 patients had small wide-neck aneurysm of vertebral artery were with Neuroform stent. Results None cases was dead and had complications after operation. 12 patients received complete occlusion,5 patients received 90% occlusion. 2 patients had small wide-neck aneurysm of vertebral artery were treated with stent. DSA was performed in 7 patients,there was no recurrence.2 patients solo-treated with stent was followed up with DSA 2 months latier.and the aneurysm disappeared. Conclusion Endovascular therapy is a valuable and safe method for treatment of posterior circulation aneurysms, balloon remodeling and stent assistant embolization should be performed in wide-necked aneurysms.关键词
