Abstract
In the steckel mill tension control,to keep the strip tension constant is depended upon accuracy of torque reference of coiling drum drive.the torque reference will be the tension reference (converted to torque) plus loses. Loses to tension include the bending torque,acceleration/deceleration torque. Windage and friction torque and drum knuckle torque offset in tension control of steckel mill. The main equipments and processing of ANGANG steckel mill were introduced, the methods of tension control and the function of converter torque control with speed limit function was introduced. In practical production, tension of coilong drum is stable and operation is reliable.关键词
