癫痫患者血清与唾液中卡马西平浓度的相关性研究

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To research the correlation of carbamazepine (CBZ) concentration in blood serum and saliva of epilepsy patients, and to explore the feasibility of the determination of CBZ concentration in saliva. METHODS: The serum, serum ul-trafiltration and saliva concentration of CBZ were measured by HPLC. Grouped by the age (under-age group and grown-up group) and dose (small-dose group and large-dose group), the correlation of data were processed by SPSS 12.0 software. RESULTS: Correlation coefficients of drug concentrations in blood and saliva for under-age group and grown-up group, small-dose group and large-dose group were runder-age=0.492, rgrown-up=0.862, rsmall-dose=0.572 and rlarge-dose=0.846, respectively. Correlation coefficients of drug concentrations between serum, serum ultrafiltration and saliva were rserum/salivs=0.601, raerum ultrafiltration/alive=0.806. CONCLUSION: CBZ concentration in saliva and serum is linear correlated among grown-up group and large-dose group (r>0.84), and salivary drug concentration is also correlated with free drug concentration in the serum. The trial provides basis for monitoring of CBZ level in saliva.关键词
